FINSOFT LTD AND GLASS BEAD ASSOCIATES LIMITED TODAY EXTENDED THEIR AGREEMENT ON BUSINESS AND MARKETING CO-OPERATION

Finsoft Ltd and Glass Bead Associates Limited today extended their agreement on business and marketing co-operation. The companies have agreed to make each other their preferred supplier in their respective fields of expertise, and to co-operate in offering risk and other consultancy services in the financial markets.

Finsoft are leading providers of Internet trading and risk management systems and web exchange engines. Finsoft have established a significant presence as a technology partner within the International Capital markets, and Finsoft's trading and analysis software is installed in several of Europe and Asia's leading investment banks. Finsoft's MarginMan web exchange is the engine behind several on-line exchanges including fine wine trading, spread betting and on line gaming. Finsoft have over 100 development staff in three locations across the UK and Europe.

Glass Bead Associates is a specialist in the provision of credit and other portfolio management and risk assessment services, and is the provider of the Glass Bead System and related services. The Glass Bead Credit Database covers more than five hundred billion dollars of publicly traded securities and other financial instruments.

Under the terms of the agreement, Glass Bead Associates and Finsoft will cross-market each other's services and software wherever appropriate. In particular, their software and data services, already in place at major financial institutions like ABN-Amro, BSI, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Nomura, will now be offered widely to banks and investment banks worldwide.
