SCALABLE ARCHITECTURE

FinCoreConnect
This module maps feed files into the FinCore system. The FinCoreConnect facility defines the transformations from each feed file format into the Staging Area. Once the data is correctly mapped into the staging area, the rest of the process is transparent.

FinCoreSelect
FinCoreSelect provides a pre-defined set of business rules that are used in checking the quality of the loaded business entities. A predefined set of best-practice business rules are supplied. Additional or alternative business rules can be easily configured.

FinCoreUniverse
FinCoreUniverse provides the storage for the captured data, at all stages of the process, including Staging Area, Candidate Records, Composite Records and Instrument Reference Database. As well as building a history of the data capture, it stores all exceptions raised and derived issuer entities.

FinCorePortal
FinCorePortal provides the user with access to all allowed functions within the FinCore system. These include access to: configuration parameters; Cleaning rules, scoring parameters, grouping criteria and compounding rules; Data Elements loaded, cleansed, and compounded; Exceptions and data quality messages; Facilities to apply audited edits to the sourced data, schedule batches and ad-hoc processing; Reports on data quality and coverage for individual sources as well as the captured and cleansed data.

FinCoreSchedule
FinCoreSchedule provides facilities for scheduling all aspects of the data loading, cleansing and reporting process including scheduling of: Source data file capture; Data Cleansing; Data Compounding; Data Population

FinCoreWorkStream
FinCoreWorkStream controls the workflow and processing around Fincore, providing information to specified users in terms of both alerts to specific exceptions (e.g. failure to capture data files, failure of key data records) as well as report delivery (e.g. daily quality reports, error reports)

FinCoreModel
This module provides the analytics, portfolio management, risk management and enrichment features such as zero and index curve generation, price generation and outlier detection.
